MED Alliance is pleased to add Origin Medical Devices Panther Ventilators to its Solutions in Critical Care (SCC) portfolio of products.

SCC secured its agreement with Origin Medical Devices as the exclusive US distributor in September 2024. The agreement allows SCC distribution partners, such as MED Alliance Group, to offer the Panther line of ventilators to its clinical customers. MED Alliance will offer the Panther 5N, a dedicated non-invasive ventilator, as well as the Panther 5, Panther 3 and Panther 3V invasive ventilators.

“In recent years, there has been little development in the ventilator market and some manufacturers have exited the space completely,” said MED Alliance President Mike Schroeder. “The Origin Medical Devices Panther series of ventilators brings much-needed innovation to fill this void, especially with a dedicated non-invasive vent.  These vents provide clinicians with the tools they require to meet patient needs.”

ABOUT THE PANTHER VENTILATORS

Panther ventilators support any patient from neonate through adult and offer NIV, invasive and HFO2 therapy in one device. Each model is intuitive and easy to use, and none require compressed air, meaning they can be used almost anywhere.

The Panther ventilators are designed to make the clinician’s life easier by not having to swap out ventilators when a patient’s breathing needs change. This also helps lower the cost of critical care because three separate devices are no longer needed.

Combining a state-of-the-art blower with a patented proportional flow valve and specialized algorithms, the Panther ventilators deliver higher pressure, more flow and precise breaths to the patient. In addition, the Panther ventilators utilize advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools to improve patient safety and support.
