MED Alliance and partner Solutions in Critical Care (SCC) are pleased to add the DiMax and DiMax ZERO NIV Total-Face Masks from DIMAR Medical Devices to our portfolio of respiratory care products.

SCC secured its agreement with DIMAR Medical Devices as the exclusive U.S. distributor in March 2025. The agreement allows SCC distribution partners, such as MED Alliance Group, to offer select DiMax masks to its clinical customers. MED Alliance will offer the DiMax NIV Total-Face Mask and the DiMax ZERO NIV Total-Face Mask. The masks are for non-invasive mechanical ventilation in PSV, Bi-Level-BiPAP and CPAP.

DIMAR Medical, part of HMC Group, is an Italian-based company founded in 2002 specializing in the production of unique solutions for non-invasive ventilation. DIMAR invests in technology and innovation to create new and increasingly efficient solutions that streamline processes and improve patient outcomes.

About the DiMax Total-Face Masks

The DiMax ZERO NIV Total-Face Mask is a single patient-use NIV mask with an innovative design featuring separate inspiratory and expiratory connections to reduce CO2 rebreathing. Both the DiMax ZERO and the DiMax NIV Total-Face Masks can be transformed into vented or non-vented masks using the included connectors. Both masks allow access for nasogastric tubes and fiberoptic bronchoscopic probes, without leakage or ventilation interruption. The five-point headgear ensures the mask stays in place, optimizes patient/ventilator synchronization and reduces leakage. The masks are lightweight and feature a 0.1 mil silicone membrane allowing them to fit a wide range of face shapes and sizes comfortably, preventing pressure injuries.
