Unique Design Minimizes Skin Irritation

The Babi.Plus nCPAP Kit by Respiralogics delivers intermittent or continuous gas flow via a nasal prong to infants weighing less than 10 kg. The contoured nasal prongs are made with medical-grade silicone to minimize skin irritation and provide stability during non-invasive therapy. The unique cannula is designed to reduce contact with the patient’s skin and stay comfortably in place. The integrated pressure monitoring line allows monitoring of the proximal airway pressure without lines or ports near the infant’s face.

The Kit contains:

• Four silicone nasal prongs
• Prong sizing guide
• Dual-limb circuit to connect the cannula
• Two silicone/rubber adapters to connect the distal ends of the dual-limb circuit to the humidifier delivery circuit

The Babi.Plus cannulas are available in small and large kits. Each includes four sizes of individually packaged silicone nasal prongs. The Small Babi.Plus nCPAP Kit is for infants weighing less than 2 kg while the Large Babi.Plus nCPAP Kit is for infants weighing between 2 and 10 kg.
